I want to start my own social networking website like facebook?
But Social Networking sites rely on millions of users so people can find their friends. My first members would never come back again when they see there’s barely anyone using the site. How do I do it.
You have to start with a group of people. Facebook started with only college people. Then they went with everyone. And that started with only one university. So find a group, then open it up to more groups and keep going until u open it to public.

What finance resources do you posses to deal with legal implications, and Law Suits and how much will the ISP charge you for having a server on the network. You have city, state and Federal guidelines you would have to abide by. It’s not as simple as you would think. You might be able to set one up through an existing web site, but it is more likely a violation of their guidelines and policies.

Not only would you have to think about how much it would cost to hire designers, design the site, get all the functions working, set up the servers so that it wont crash when people go to use it will all cost money, and it will have to be a free sevice like facebook otherwise people wont go to use it, then you have to go and hire staff to help you patrol the site, and its lots of time, money, and effort.
So firstly, you have to figure out how you’re going to raise the money, then hire designers, then get the site put to the internet, then hire staff to help you patrol the site.
